1. Returns

You have the right to return most items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused
  • Items must be in original, sealed condition

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of trading card products:

  • Items cannot be returned unless faulty

This includes booster packs, boxes, and other sealed products.


3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged:

  • Contact us as soon as possible
  • Provide details and photos if requested

We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on your provider

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover return costs

6. Pre-Orders

Pre-orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
